The following photo shows how we PVC glued the transducers together (to make the array) which ensured they were square (flat and in a straight line). PVC primer and glue was used. Transducers were attached one at a time and then mounted to a flat surface with parachute cord while on a flat table.
Each time we added a transducer, we let it cure for approximately 1 hour. After all 4 were glued together to make the array, it was untouched for 24 hours.
