Got a email from Bob saying that I made a mistake in the calculation of the elements.
He was right, I did not consider the fact that the dimentions of the element should be at least
Width < 0.3xLength and width > 3x thickness
So new element is
Length : 2"
width : 0.5"
tickness: 0.165"
# Elements : 7 (where have we seen this number before...)
Horizontal beam will then be 0.45°
When I have a price quote I will post it here so we can compare with other elements.
