That is a lot less than a comercial unit. Heck its even less than Greg Olson's units. The output from Sture's side scan is superb.

You'll also need a laptop PC. Either way, still agree with cost and quality.

What laptop did you use? How much memory did you need? How fast was it?

When I corresponded with Sture previously he was using a desktop, not a laptop. That was one of the limitations of his software. It is specifically written to be used with a specific video chipset. I have a couple of laptops, I'm hoping to be able to use one of them here. Also I have taken pictures of my fish, I'll send them to you as soon as I dump them from the camera to the PC.
