Or has anyone prices ?


I have tried MSI, but do not get any answers from them.

Not me. I'm waiting for you guys to decide and I'll follow your lead blindly. I don't even know what the hell I'm going to do with them once I get them.

I wanted to go with the higher frequency (500khz) but I had no electronics for that. I do have a 200khz Raytheon paper chart recorder so I ordered 25 peace’s for that frequency (1.4 x 0.13 x 0.325). This will get me started in learning how to build the transducer. I’ve already made several mistakes. One, use stranded hookup wire not solid 22g. Two, air comes out of the cork and gets into the window. I’ll make the window -down next time. I think that’s what Sture was telling us. It just seemed easier window-up. And don’t even think about not degassing, that EN-9 is as thick as molasses in February and when you mix it up it is full of air. I tried the hair drier but it didn’t help.
