XTF File format Defined? Public data format for sss data

I'm trying to find a pointer on the specification for an XTF file. I searched with Google buy havn't found it yet.

Q-mips, XTF or SEGY or any open public file format would be helpful.

3.5 th folder down go into "file format info"
4.go into "XTF file format x12.pdf
