i've seen the system but we are looking for a boat towed system for depth until 150 meters.
do you have a towfish system as well, or can i fix this underneath the boat ?

150 Meters? Boat tow?
You need a Reel type Winch with slip rings and a towfish with a depressor or armor cable with soft cable for first 35' or so.
Better to combine a Sonar and Mag fish together.
This way you can check targets for EM signal.
I have a systen like this but things need to be set up on a good boat to work properly.
