You might want to look at a system from Marine Sonic in the U.S.A. www.marinesonic.com they have a very portable system with a variety of frequencies from 300 to 1200 khz, I sold one to a port about 6 years ago and they have found it very useful. You may also want to look at a mosaicing software package. Do you have a navigation software package?

I have a navigation software (HYPACK with Trimble 5700 GPS).Can you give me the price of your portable system of Marine Sonic?I should want a dual frequency to be efficient in different jobs.

I know a company called Wesmar is making a portable system that is 300kHz which should effectively work at a range over 40 meters.
