Speaking of kits, for those who are building your own sidescans, do you guys think that using a small towfish is better than a big long one? I have designed one out of urethane that will trail a 20 pound lead weight off a downrigger. I just cannot figure out if it is best to use a weight to bring the fish down or just add a bunch of weight to the towfish itself? I do not notice any problems thus far with stability. Thanks
