SSS help

I am the chief of a dive rescue squad in South Eastern NC and we recently had a drowning that was ended with a 56,000 dollar unit. How could I get ahold of a unit that would work finding a human body in a river or lake. My squad is on a very tight budget that barely pays for utilities so I would need help .I had the unit in from Craven county NC and he found the body in two hours. Thanks alot Gary
