The answer is yes. The easiest and lowest cost method is with Cheasapeake Technology sonarwiz software( http://www.chesapeaketech.com/ ) and a PCMCIA A to D bd from National Instruments. I and many other analog sonar users have done this with outstanding results. As for mods to the Klein system, all you need to do is to take Port/ Starboard signals off pin 1 on TVG/AMP bds and the trigger pulse off the trigger bd. Amazingly the data looks as good when displayed on a laptop as the modern digitial systems such as the Klein system3000.
