Needed: Side scan sonar unit, software/etc.

I am looking to buy ASAP a sidescan sonar unit. It would be nice if it
plugged into a laptop, and can store images with GPS information attached.
I have a GPS connection to my laptop already.
Max depth of scans: 300 feet.
