          Hi blacksambellamy.

So i try it in english.

I am very happy with the Starfishsonar.

It is affordable :less then 4000 Euro.
Lightweight: Fish 5 kg and processingunit 500 g
Voltage: 12 volts on every Boat
Handling: easy to learn just by doing.

The unit is maily used to search drunken persons.
But as a nice sideeffect you will find much more on the seabottom. ;-)

Your english is just fine. What do you mean by drunkin persons? Do you mean dead people? What strange have you found that you were not looking for. I will be using the unit next week to look for a crashed plane

              Thank you,
              yes i mean dead people.
I am an volunteer rescuediver for the DLRG rescue organisation.
A strage thing was the gaspipeline on the picture.
it was supposed to be covered with 2 m of sand.
On the scan you can see that the pipeline is hanging 3 m over the ground.
Follwed by this picture of the pipeline we got the job to inspekt it and to make pictures and video.

No, not Fossett.....There is a story that 2 military planes collided and locked wings over Cape Cod bay they then crashed killing one of the pilots. This happened around 1952 and there is no record of the accident. I came to learn about it from a very old man who witnessed the crash and told me the story. I want to use the starfish to see if the story is true. If 2 planes did crash i know the starfish will find them.

You have to install the GPS at the Options menue.
Try the GPS Test programm for the ports.
                          Change Ports and restart.
