Now that the Delphion site has become a very expensive pay site does anyone know of a substitute? I have been using the US Patent and Trademark Office at http://www.uspto.gov/ The site is OK but it is not as good as the Delphion site used to be. If you check out the patents on this site (The Geotechnology Page) you will see exactly what happened to Delphion. Dave. * * *

Yes, the old IBM Patent Server was wonderful, but now IBM's Delphion division is after the $$$. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.
I also now use the USPTO site for general searching, haven't found anything else as good but haven't really looked either.

for WO patents. Again, not as convenient as Delphion used to be, but at least you can get WO patents for free there.
