Unfortunatelly the scan is bad and text is in French.
If anybody had this magazine issue /ELECTOR/, pleace, send me scanned circuits again and /if is possible/ descriptions in English.

Carl, in this site I found MD plans that seems were downloaded from Geotechnology page!

Yes, there is a Russian site and a Bulgarian site that have copied PDFs from here. Not very ethical, IMO. They should use links instead, or at least ask permission.
