Hi All,
I now have a 3 axis professional CNC milling machine and engraver. If ANY of you would like panels machined, cut out, engraved or prototype head moulds made, then PM me.
I'm not sure what to charge, but it won't be much if you supply the materials.
I can handle 600 X 400mm with 50mm Z axis. Can't do undercuts.
If you supply the drawing or "G- Code" then I will make the item for you as quickly as I can.
The software I use (at present);
ArtCam Express & CNC Studio to control the miller (you can download Demo Artcam express FOC from DelCam website). If you provide the CNC files it will speed things up a LOT!!
For those who understanad CNC, SAFE tool height is 30mm for ANY file supplied. 0,0 is defined as BOTTOM LEFT corner (of a perfect rectangle) so rounded corners would be "offset" if you know what I mean.
I can handle Aluminium, Mild Steel (slow feed rate), Brass and ANY acrylic you can think of.
I will also be making up panels for most of Silverdogs projects (if that's OK with you Andy) and supplying with housings.
