I saw subject on New book, but I guess "One MD book more - what a deal?" and I did not looked in.

And then, after tread go on second page, I decided, a couple minutes ago, to open it - and I fell off my chair! MD news of decade.

Received my book today, glad I ordered so quickly!

Up to chapter 6 so far and I have to say very pleased. The book is well written and easy to follow and very well presented. Lots of work have clearly gone into this book.

Well worth the money!

Andy received his book first, as he sent an email saying "any old jiffy bag will do", and luckily I had a used jiffy bag of the right size. Everyone else's copy was posted the following day. UK deliveries should arrive within 3 days (Andy's only took 2 days), and European deliveries should be within 5 days.
