Has any one used a 3 ohm 18 inch coil on an un modified standard Minelab sd2200d?
The normal coil seems to have an 18 ohm resistance.
Will the coil cause damage to the detector because the 3 ohm coil is drawing too much current?
Any one have the schematic of the output or driver stage of this detector?
