Surf PI 1.2 - Connecting Batteries, Speaker and Coils

Guys, I'm novice. Please help.
I have soldered all components to Silverdog's Surf PI 1.2. Now how do I connect battery pack, speaker (5V Buzzer) and coils? Can I directly solder a speaker wire to buzzer and then the other end to molex female? Does the polarity matter? I appreciate any help with pics. I already have battery pack holder with pigtail leads.

In the picture here, what are those red coin shape joiners? Can I simply solder them instead and then cover with electrical tape?

Quick question: Silverdog's kit is missing molex tabs/sockets to connect pigtails to molex female. Can I find replacements or can I directly solder them into molex female?
