found this in the trash. dosent work,no sound from speaker. i put new batts in it and did a basic voltage check and still nothing. the coarse, fine and volume controls show ohm changes on a meter so i guess they're ok. im a novice at electronics so any help is appreciated.thanx.

thanx! i already have a schematic and owners manual. i'll just have to tinker around and see if i can get it working. any ideas wgere i can get replacement parts, circuit board, coil, etc?

Sorry, there is nothing available for that model. It was made ~1970 and Bounty Hunter has gone through 2 bankruptcies and several owners since then.
