  • GOLD DETECTOR

    Hi,

My partner and I invents a new detector only for gold. This device detects "at sight" only gold. A 5x5 cm target is detected at 9 feet. With the same facility detects buried gold. This is an electronic devices. We need a buyer for this invention. Isn't science-fiction!!!

    Thanks for all!!

    Chester,

What country are you in? I have written Charles Garrett of Garrett Detectors about a detector I was thinking of building. He wrote back and said build it and show it to him and we will talk. Go and do likewise!

      GOLD DETECTOR - WE'RE WAITING!!!

      Hi,

In this forum many persons arrives: scientists, detectorists, manufacturers, technicians, engineers, curious... This is the reason why We're writing here...

In the firsts proofs, the machine detects buried gold targets at 1,80 m depth. Detects 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 k gold... this is: pure gold and gold alloys. Detects insignificant targets like little ear rings. Also, coins, rings... any gold target. We're working on the perfecting of the machine for more distances. Send us your proposition. This is a very revolutionary invention!!!

If it worked you would not be trying to perfect the distance.

Would this gold detector have anything to do with dowsing or L-rods?

You would sell it for a lot of money and let someone else do that.

              Re: GOLD DETECTOR

You state you have a gold detector and that it detects gold only? Are you sure? What about silver? Are you sure it detects gold only? What about larger chunks of metal, like iron, and aluminum pop cans?

Also, you state that it detects to 1.8 meters in depth. You need to state how deep different sizes of gold can be detected. How deep can it detect small gold rings, medium sized gold rings, and heavy gold rings? How deep can it detect small/meduim/large gold nuggets or coins, or ear rings, etc..

If you don't mind me asking...
Is your unit built like a regular metal detector? Or, is it based on some other scientific principle? How heavy is a unit? IF it detects gold at 1.8 meters in depth, how far away can it detect gold at a distance from the detection portion of the detector? What sizes of gold from these distances?

How much do you want to sell your detectors for, or how much do you estimate they will be sold for in the future if you get some manufacturer to sell your unit?

First and foremost, do not let any manufacturer see your unit, even Garrett! Why? Because any manufacturer can look at your unit and almost tell how it works, especially if they see it in action.

If you do want a manufacturer to see your unit, you should protect yourself with a Disclosure Contract or Agreement, stating that the manufacturer cannot communicate by any method of communication what they seen, and furthermore they will not produce any unit similar, with similar design, unless you are paid justly for your disclosing of your unit to them. You should contact a lawyer, about getting such a disclosure document prepared before you let anybody see your unit; if it is as good as you have stated.

You can let the publit know the distances for the weights detected, and if it is similar in design for detection, but do not go into details of its design.

Let us know more of the depths to size ratios.

              Thanks

              P.S.
I used to build a lot of different types of metal detectors in my younger years, and made big money selling them. Yes, I bought many manufacturers models that was on the market, tore into them to see what made them work, and sometimes I improved them, sometimes I didn't because they were worthless units and weren't worth my time to look into building them better. That is what will occur with your unit, they will open it up methodically, and see how it operates, then they will make the unit better in some area, and will apply for a patent, and leave you behind in the dust. So, you will need a good patent lawyer and create as broad of a patent as you possibly can, and make sure you have an International Patent, or other countries other than your country will be able to build the same exact unit you build, but with their name. They may disguise it a little by changing the shape and size and color of the unit, but it could still be your basic unit.

                Re: GOLD DETECTOR

                Thanks for your help, Dave

A 5X5 cm gold coin (1 0z) detects 1.80 m depth. Depend of the size of targets. Only detects gold, no larger chunks of metal. Don't detects yellow metallic paper. A ring detects at 70 cm depth from 40-50 cm detection portion of the detector. Is easy to give more distance!! We can perfect this invention in USA. Works in any enviromental conditions. Gold "at sight" and buried gold. In wood, plastic, etc.
The size of the machine as such a videorecorder.
                Is portable.
Is based in scientific principle, with aplication for other metals, like silver, but we're experimenting with gold because... you know!!
We're wish sell some manufacturer the invention. Can be too this: Investors with the possibility to finance fabrication of the machines in USA with our participation in the sells. This devices have the correspondent patent in our country. Exist a model to confirme if a ring, for example, is a gold jewel. Is a "table's device" for jeweler... Not do distinction if gold is 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 k... yet. Investors can fly to our country and see this marvel.

What are we talking about here Chester? A long distance locator?

Does your detector use a metal detecting coil?

                  Thanks!

                    rtg spectroscopy ?

It functions on the principle of RTG or microwave spectroscopy or something like that ?
I have seen an IR spectroscopy apparatus for non contact measuremet of composition of metal alloys i.e. gold, but I thing thar IR has not the right wave-lenght to penetrate the ground. But I can imagine it with shorter wave-lenght like RTG. Of coure, that RTG is not suitable because it is dangerous, but maybe exist not dangerous part of EM spectrum but still with good penetration to the ground. sorry my english.

Is a long distance only gold locator without coils.
