I have been think about this for awhile and am wondering if anyone else had any ideas on the subject. I wonder if a detector could be built that uses an Ipod or smart phone as a processor. These devices are incredibly fast and I think that if a detection circuit could be built that used one it would be a nice system. I dont have the electronics or programming ability to do this so I am tossing the idea out here for those of you that could make it happen. The XP deus appears to be something like what I am thinking, but if it used a smart phone or I pod it could probably be built cheaper. Software could be designed that took the signals from the detection circuit and processed them into useful information. You might even be able to use bluetooth for wireless.

Dedevil should be banned. I've never seen him contribute anything worthwhile to anything. He's definitely a case where what you see is what you get, and he's not pretending to be anything other than what he actually is.
Probably no need to ban him from the LRL forum, though, he's the only "person" over there who makes Hung look good by comparison.
