  • Connect scope for nuling tgsll search coil

    Hello,could you help me for:
How and where can i connect a sound card scope to null a tgsl coil.(have got "scope" prog from http://www.zeitnitz.de/Christian/scope_en)
Could you send me a scheme to connect coil to sound card?
    Thanks

Power your TGSL with batteries to avoid any PSU leakage ruin anything, connect a Tx coil to TGSL oscillator and make sure it works OK.
For coarse tuning connect the Rx coil directly and make it go to a minimum.
For fine tuning connect to a R27 resistor (1k at preamp output) and follow the instructions in TGSL documentation.

Most probably you'll lose far too much time in futile fine tuning at the end. Have in mind that the overlap is the most touchy in tuning, so the best approach is fixing a coil with crazy glue from outside gradually towards the mid overlap.

??? Simply where connecting my sound card oscilloscope probe to get the 2 sine curve to nulling them by moving the d coil.
          Thank for your patience.
