  • porblem with my xlt spectrum

    hi all , i have been using my xlt spectrum machine , suddenly when it switched it off then turned it on ,it can ground/air balance, i thought it may be coil problem , i tried to change it , but the same problem , also i tried to reset it many times the same problem , any one can help me to know where is the problem , i have good knowledge in electronics does any one know , which parts are responsible for auto ground/air balance , thanks in advance

    Have you tried putting it back into default mode?
    Thats quite common when the processor get confused, quite often default does the trick.
    Theres a chap on here who works for whites technical so hopefully he will pick up on your request.

      thanks ,i tried to get it in the default mode , but it is not working , i called white service at mail , they didn't reply

        try with another coil and write your problem goes out or not.

          To me the same thing happened with my XLT. The solution is easy. I removed the microprocessor carefully, I cleaned the socket and the pins of the microprocessor with industrial alcohol and ready. Sometimes the pins are oxidized. Greetings.

            Its no good sending them a email, you need to ring them, If your living in the UK then call them in scotland and ask for the technical department.
            In my experience there very helpful and the best out there for backup service.

              Actually, I cannot understand what is the problem...

              Do you need to conduct the AIR/GROUND balance procedure each time you switch the detector on?

              If so, it may be the battery box problem. Check the batteries and the contacts.
