Really tonight I have realized the buccaneer of Andy Flind to the perfection, the only thing it is that I have used to the place of the bc214L of the bc214c, and to the place of the bc184L of the bc550c.
Then the author imposes two condensers to the polistirene from 22nF that obviously they are not found and I have put two common condensers to the polyester.
There is always as usual some problem, in fact in the construction of the coil of search, going at random I have found a point that me from around 10 cm (few); instead following the whole procedure (even if the diameter of the single coil is surely mistaken - it says 110 mm, but I think at least 140mm), that says before finding the point of overlap that me from void signal with the oscilloscope on the base of tr3, then you fix the extremities of the two coils with thermal glue, to move the central part up to that on C12 I don't have lower value of voltage possible. And so I have done, and everything has gone as the author says, sinned that then you has become immune to whatever metal... ha ha ha..
You could give him a glance if what has done and correct? ) the equivalent transistors are correct?...
I like a lot this project for its simplicity, because I have noticed that passing corks of bottle, iron generally, ago an intermittent and brief sound, while passing gold and leagues, ago a long and stable sound..... (very useful for searches in the beach)
