Same as with treasure-hunting - this is often much more fantasy than reality.

My friends, I give you now one of the most important wisdoms of the whole universe:
Only that is pleasureful and important which you can "dream" by yourself about it!

Sure, you need to keep your biological body somehow alive to survive, but almost all of the rest is just about "how fantastic you can see life and this world".

So if you have people around you like your parents and friends who can make you feel like: "you are the best in life" they have, or that you will get the best in life, you will feel great.

And you are only will be a HAPPY and LUCKY treasure-hunter if your personally motivation is absolutely just all around this topic !!!
The right man (or woman) with the right motivation at the right place of the whole life, which can change of course, you have to be a little bit flexible - survival not just of the fittest but also of the good adaptable. And life always must remain a wonderful surprise for yourself, this is also a recipe for feeling happy.


But back to ontopic:

The DeepHunter is TESTED 15% deeper as the Jeohunter so you can save 5000 Euros just by get a used Jeohunter from 2010 which still works good for meanwhile 500 or 1000 Dollars (with 1 meter coil).

But the main costs were development costs, not evil money-greed. You might understand this - this is the only company worldwide which produced induction-balance with 1 meter coils !!! This is not so simple - seen from the achievement and development.

hahaha, but the main thing is that you can find deep stuff at all !!! CAN, be able to do that!
Otherwise use some 25cm coin-hunter and be happy - a little bit rough described.

We still have these laws of nature limits, that metal-objects only can "repeat" a special amount of induction-energy depending on coil-size, depth, material, size and ground-mineralization. Which means that you must usually go to very slow hunting, border-sensitivity or "dig inbetween the erratic-noise" to get much more depth and find-results. But who likes this? hahaha As long as you are not drunken and focused much more to the great music from your ear-phones while searching "a little bit" nearby hahaha

One very good tip by the way is that you find out the VERY BEST sweep speed for your MD first! Not too slow, not too fast.
Otherwise what you are doing can become wasted time, for harder to find stuff.

btw. you must understand that the longer something is unavailable, the more precious it becomes!

And it depends on your hunting-style but for the Jeohunter or DeepHunter you need first an additional vibration-device, compared with the Makro Racer with 40cm coil. And for the 1 Meter coil you need a little drag-cart made out of plastic, so you are independant from a second person.

And the region MUST not be polluted otherwise you will find all the huge stuff first, which must not be very deep because of the pollution but you will find all the huge metal objects first - like I did hahaha

And you are running around very fast with such 45cm coil, automatically, because it makes no sense otherwise. hahaha
Which needs a lot of energy if you ask me but who cares, if the motivation is given.
Or you are running even faster with your 1 meter coil because you just have to drag or better said roll it behind of you !!!

btw. with the 1 meter coil you also can find objects only 3cm in size if they are near the surface.
The trick is that you roll the 1m coil the broad side "horizontally" around of course, which means you can cover a much larger area behind of you. Why I'm telling you all these tricks - because I really want it if all this lost stuff worldwide becomes found again, no matter if I have losses or not! And I'm not so arrogant that I would dream about that I myself could have or need all this stuff. For luck I am not finding everything, because only the stuff which really fits to you, really is good for you and your further life! Don't forget this.

And I wouldn't buy a DeepHunter or a Jeohunter , and I wouldn't give them a second of my time to test them . They do not meet the requirements for a depth metal detector at all . This is obvious at first glance .

For many its better anyway to play with their 50cm deep walk-in-the-park toys so they must not make their little fingers dirty.
This is not funny - you dig a 1 meter deep hole and find some steel-cement-fundament stuff - and directly a half day wasted.

For the real deep stuff (antique tells or sunken cities) some first must remove 2-3 meters of rubble with heavy equipment anyway.

btw. your time-window here for requesting the DeepHunter DVD.iso upload has closed! Its your own fault if you waste your chances in life hahaha For luck I haven't done this or my Status Quo would look much more poorer now.

For buried stuff there might kick in the "long-time-buried" aura-effect a little bit but as a rule of thumb you should
reduce the in-air-test results for about 20% so a 100cm in air result will be 80cm buried, if not too strong mineralized.
This 47cm motion coil is much more lighter and gets faster search results but the 45cm non-motion coil is ca. 30% deeper
and depending on the sensitivity setting its even ultra-deep - of course if the soil is not polluted and not too mineralic.
Electro-smog-pollution also reduces the threshold (erratic-noise) especially at high gain settings (full sensitivity).
With the motion-coil there is no need for sometimes signal-balance-reset and its double as lightweight and double as fast,
but you won't find any 40x35cm Alu-coffers at 1,60 meters because the motion-circuit "washes" such weak signal-differences away.

i return to very cheap and easy detectors, simplex+ and Q20 and if i have much time i take a diy PI

the last years the dug more and more ww2 trash here and put at on the field way into open land and exposed to the sun, without any markings or info to the police (very stupid to put phoshor bombs into open land, without sun protection).

this stupid behaviour results in that the hunt the treasure (hobby) hunters
you have to caculated with harsh sanctions, at least you will loose your detector and also they visit you at home
so better they take my 200 -300? detector instead of a 3000-5000? Lorenz X...

"Good" possible, cause I readed about many neurological issues and all these "out of nothing" black-outs many are having meanwhile even while driving, can bring deadly risks - also for others. Please stay safe. Many are also now at one or both eyes blind, so you may consider yourself still as lucky.

Not bad using a "cheap" MD so nothing is lost if it gets confiscated or whatever - I also took "only" my Euro ACE with me when I was driving by train via Budapest, Belgrade, Nish and Dimitrovgrad to Bulgaria - so in case of emergency no big loss hahaha Yes, my Euro Ace was already 5 years ago in Serbia - pretty close to a location concerning some other actual thread. Another one of my 1000 crazy coincidences...


Yeah, the Simplex - you all have meanwhile the new MDs from Nokta/Makro while I'm still fully satisfied with my 7 years and older stuff. But I have refurbished, improved and modded them so much that they mean now the same to me, as an old self built house! hahaha

I hope I have finally time this year to use the 1 meter coil with plastic-wheels because now with my audio to vibration-devices, I'm much more motivated to search with the DeepHunter again. Seen from the electronics everything still works fine - there are also no big capacitors on the PCB which could go bad. For the Jeohunter I even have a replacement PCB which I have tested and it also works.

But since the DeepHunter is already from the year 2013, I guess that the newer detectors from Nokta-Makro with that same coil size will have the same or even better results.
