schematics of DBP2010

Can anybody tell me if the circuit of the DBP 2010 as printed in the book of Rolf Wilhelm is correct and will work when built according to the specs given in the book . If this cannot be established I have a question . Should ANYBODY be allowed to publish something that will not work ? Is this not a form of fraude and misrepresentation ? Just a question up to this point ! Kees
