SiC MOSFETS for PI machines
Hey everyone!
It's been awhile since I've posted anything on here but I've learned allot from what you guys have shared...
just thought I'd let you all know of a recent product I've been doing some experimenting with

VDS: 1200V COSS is 175 pf at 800V and it has a fall time of 28 ns
The thing dose really well especially when driving larger coils. The low on resistance also works
really well for quickly building a strong field.
