Metal detectors are not allowed in my country either, but I have a solution for it - I carry it in a bag. Unless it looks like a metal detector - it is not a metal detector. 2box most certainly does not look like a metal detector even in plain sight, and it can be carried in a large enough bag if you arrange the boxes properly. They do not have to be square, and they do not have to be so much apart. They do have to be to be tilted against each other properly.

What you call capacity of the coil is called inductance and when you say capacity it confuses a lot because of similarity with capacitance of capacitors. As for inductance, it is either indicated in the schematic, or explained number of turns of some wire. Sometimes it is just confusing.

You can have it, but if you are found using it anywhere within about 20km from any archaeological location (which is just about everywhere) you are charged for theft in attempt, as amateur archaeology is a strictly no-no, and a detector is considered a tool for practising it. That is how it works in Croatia in least possible detail.

It won't stop me from enjoying building detectors, and occasionally using them around. Greece has similar laws, and perhaps even more incompetent lawmakers.
