Looks like a hype film which doesn't even show a product or mention anything about it except "pulse technology" - which can mean just about anything in salesman lingo.
And the coil setup will likely see the usual issues with disproportional coil sizes. There are plenty of patents that have never really been utilized due to excess specialization or failing to provide the suggested benefits.
