possible big problem on surf 1.2

ok iam using the coil about 1.3 meter above ground and away of all what you mentioned stuff

i wast about 1 hour in just tuning procedure
and best results was :
Delay max to right
Tresh max to the right
sens around the middle

my coil is 20cm ,0.4,14 laps is it ok ??

should i do this ??
iam using the coil with one end and the other end is connected to the rest of the unused wire iam just scratching it and attaching it with crocodile is it ok or i must cut off the coil wire from its both to ends ??

Yes, cut off all unused wire, leave just what is necessary for coil. Unused wire will act as a metal object, jamming normal detector operation. Then, set sens. to almost max. trsh. to barely audible, and try to obtain shortest possible delay setting that still works, playing with dumping resistor value. This thing with unused wire in the coil is most probably core problem, don't do this.

If I understand you correctly you say your coil is

20cm ,0.4,14 laps is it ok ??

That calculates to only about 126 uH, you need more turns something like 20-21.

i made new coil with diameter 20cm ,0.4 , 22 lap and it made a little progress

its close to what is in this video

the coil in the video has been changed in the no.of turns but still same shape

Strange! The offset was not possible less 0.06 V. I have cleaned the board with alcohol (Solder - side). Now the offset is possible 0.00V!

How can I set the damping resistor better? Better question: Where can I connect the Oscope to measure? (on OpAmp - output?)
Through better damping - resistor setting I may have even more power?

for more information about my Surf pi MD its working good all ic`s are OK but it only detect very short range it can detect medium object at 8 cm max so i need your help please

Does anybody have a fully working 1.2 surf pi that they can measure the voltage on between the two connections for the coil. Mine can't be right at 0.3

I have 0.030Vdc on coil connector (with metal over coil or with no metal)

Try to get you detector to work proprelly before you get to your coil....
