Walking Stick with MD

Hi Walkman,
I once marked the parts. Very unprofessional, I know.
The two diodes nearby the stabilizer (78L05) are 1N4002 (above and left)
the two capacitors are 100nF ceramic.
and the two capacitors are 10uF 10V.

Oh, I forgot, here is my circuit for the cell phone vibrator. Because vibrator not tolerate 5V. So I installed the Zener diode (+ resistor of course). Maybe awkward but I'm not an electrician ...

Perhaps there are better ways?
