Is this a VLF hybrid or PI hybrid ?? 14 or 17 khz ???? I see two schematics one is black/white image and newer schematic in color has crystal [quartz] oscillator ?

no no, it is clear VLF. the black&white image is A PART FROM TESORO LOBO, THE FILTERS' PART, a base of the schematic is Tiger of Alex. yes, Alex's Tiger has crystal quartzed generator. he took FILTERS FROM LOBO AND INSERT THEM in Tiger, then checked that demonstrates in a video above.
