  • Is there any way?

    Hello

is there any way to successfully locate 10-20kgs of any metal in depth of 6-8 meter? does EPE ERM able to locate it?

    Regards

If you touch those "any metal" with EPE ERM sensor, then yes.

        Hi Dear WM6,

I thank you for taking time out to answer my question. I am sure that you are really busy and I appreciate you taking the time to respond personally to me

It sounds very good for me If EPE ERM can really locate them (may be gold, may be iron), because my ERM almost finished!

        Thank you again.

            Hi wubian

Earth Resistivity meters can detect bigger (large) conductive deposits in soil only.

Not something like cube 10x10cm of gold (about 20kg of gold) at > 6 meters of depth.

And target should be approximatelly between test electrodes, not 8m away (deeper) from level of electrodes.

You understand my first reply wrong, sorry.

Otherwise, EPE ERM is great project and you will have a lot of joy using it.

              Hi Dear WM6,

I thank you for taking time out to answer my question, I really appreciate your willingness to assist.

does a PI with 2M x 2M coil can locate it? you know, here there is a farm that may contain more that 20kgs of gold. but if actually there is any treasure, it is in depth of 6 meter.

              I thought 20kg of gold is much more bigger than 10x10cm , something like 50 x 50 x 5 cm cube

              Thank you again,

              Regards

                Dear wubian,

if we talk about cube then all sides of those cube are equal.
So 50x50x50cm cube, if it is out of gold, weight about 2500kg and yes 10x10x10cm gold cube weight about 20kg.

No way to locate 10cm sides gold cube wit 2x2m PI coil at depth 6-8m, except if those gold are rolled into sheets of about 2x2m.

Deeper than two meters in soil, sweet dream area is beginning. Enjoy your dream and be real.

Why do you think they would Bury a gold bar at 6 to 8 METERS Deep?
Have you Ever tried to dig Even One Meter Deep?

                      Hi Dear Chemele,

yes I dig sometimes up to 3 meters,

they don't buried "a" gold bar there, this is bigger than a chest, in other word this is at least something like a 60 x 40 x 50 cm regular wooden box. I thought this may height 10-20kgs but when WM6 said that 10kgs of gold are a 10 x 10 x 10 cm cube size, I think this is more than 50-80kgs, have you any Idea?

somebody in the past years checked there with something like Examiner and he said something like what I said.

                      Regards

If you mean the RangerTell Examiner, then forget it. There's nothing there.

OK - it's a Geo Examiner resistivity/magnetometer system, and not the swinging-arm RT Examiner nonsense, so at least you're in with a chance. Do you have any 3D plots of the site?
