To the patent office - where else

There is a joke circulating around here ... Muyo asks a nurse where the shots are administered on Sundays, and the nurse answers "to the bottom, just like any other day!"

Thanku greylourie for your input, which corresponds exactly to what I was told by another member by phone. I just needed to have it verified.

this patent has not absoliutely a relation to x-terra transfering. yes, its Deus technology and probably ML wants to take a revenge.

Stamatescu has cropped up a couple of times in their latest patents. Being Romanian, and possibly being multilingual in some languages including Russian... would be a positive asset. Especially when scouring for ideas on various forums to poach.

I don't see a point of this patenting!?
                    What?
XP was by far first to introduce such technology in metal detectors. Anyone else using it can only be the second.
So what's the point to patent somebody's else idea?
My standing point is: use it or don't use it; but don't make big fuss about it.
I don't respect Minelab as i did in the past.
Ever since Minelab was "americanized"; i lost any respect for them.
One thing i am deadly sure: i will never again in my life use any of their products nor waste even a dime on them.
Every new move made by them is just "cementing" my decision more.
I tried to read and understand that PDF file.
Lot of confusion in terms, i don't understand it well and it is not because of my "English"!
Maybe patent will serve just as sort of protection and preventive against any eventual lawsuits in future, when they introduce their "new" product.
So most probably we can expect new, Deus lookalike, Minelab very soon
                    .
I bet the price will be "communistic" as the prices we seen so far
                    !

Oh yes! I missed to see that fact!
Maybe the patent text is so confusing because the author's English is not good enough
                      !?

At day 03-23-2012, exactly at 01:06 AM i posted this:

"...There is only one detector better than Deus: it is Deus with larger coil!
Others... from now on are history!
Deus is the worst nightmare for other md manufacturers.
I am having it from Tuesday and i don't have words to explain it.
Once you see it in action - you will forget any other model forever
                        ..."

                        here is the link:
                        http://www.geotech1.com/forums/showt...th-larger-coil!

I am having impression that very small number of people here took that post seriously.
                        I can only imagine why!?
But as time goes by you will more and more realize the actuality of my words.
This patent is just another proof of that.
                        Cheers
                        !

Wireless communication can use many forms and protocols. When i said, " like XP and use the Deus type of system "... I based this my uneducated mind and my brief look at the patent. I think this patent should be read more closely by others. It is possible that the document details a new and unique method or means / or an improvement.

So perhaps some of our Geotech gurus with greater knowledge can decipher and comment on this patent ? Please.
