Well the way to troubleshoot that is to start lifting pins. Using a good low ohm meter measure the different
power pins unsolder and lift the one that reads lowest. Keep going until the resistance jumps.
Say the +5v to ground reads .5 ohms on one pin and .6 on another lift the .5 ohm one. It might just be one
component that goes first. Anyone have experience fixing these?
