EE PIC PI detector experiences..

Hi,

I'm interested in hearing comments from folks who have built the EPE PIC PI metal detector. I have been working on adapting the design to use a PIC16F84A/PIC18x with many more facilities (adjustable timing, saved profiles etc.) and an LCD display. The analogue circuitry has been simplified, the PI section considerable beefed up, and I'm making a new PCB (double sided).

Any comments welcome... especially known "gotcha"s...

better dont use double sided PCB especialy for analogue part

If you can create a double sided PCB then go for it, watch grounding and screening of signals
