  • help whit Twin loop teasure seeker

Hola.

    Gracias.

i build the twin loop teasure S. but the depth in my project is poor(2 plg.) whit the coil pintpoint. somebody can say to me that I can make to improve it?

and that depths can be reached with this detector?

    (I use the LM318 instead of the 709 )

    Thanks

    best regards

    Hi,

you should build the standard coil, the depht will be much better.

Dephts: 20mm coin standard coil 18 cm, ponpoint coil 6 cm.

      Hello Seravin!

Do you use the TIP31A or something else?

      2.
Do you have an oscilloscope and can you tell me the maximum voltage peak on the coil?
With and without a very big peace of iron at the coil.
Maybe the peak is much higher than the TIP31A resist? (60 volt)

      greetings from Austria

Try with TIP 112 or 122 darlington transistors. A small copper coin can be detected at 15 cm (6 inches). Turn by turn in a form of 11 cm diameter. Wire 0.45 mm. Distance between coils: 7-8 cm. N of turns: 21. Apply barnish for electric motors.
