  • my PI project finished

This is my Pi after two years of work from electronics to facing box ,thank u very much for the people friends who participate in the forum and give me some good tips, the front end is from Eric foster design, and i choose to sample two channels ,integrated and mixed with a simple Balance pot of 10K for adjust and cancel the ground minerals.audio treshold is similar of Carl design with a cmos555.i design the face in corel draw-the box is from Hammond it is a little big but is for the battery pack of NimH (12X1.2V-1600Ma) i instal inside.
I encourage all the students of the forum to realize the dream of construct yourself Pi,it is not so hard with patience and dedicacia...
    Saludos cordiales a todos.Alexis

    Alexis,

That is the most impressive homemade project I've seen! You do superb work. What kind of deepth can you get on a coin like an American Nickel? What kind of information does the LCD display show you? Do you plan on sharing your schematic and layout with the Forum?

      I agree...

...that is one sharp-looking control panel. I like the use of screwdriver pots for those controls that you might want to adjust only rarely.

Please explain what the display does... also, is TX power just the "on" pulsewidth?

      Congrats on a well-done project!

          Congratulations!

A professional company could hardly have done better.

What size coils do you use? Like the others, a bit more info on the control functions would be interesting.

          Eric.

                    Felitaciones

                    Nelson
