  • Coinmaster 6000D

Hello everyone! Was wondering if anyone might have the same detector I have, the Whites Coinmaster 6000D (not the S2). I have a rather unique problem. I loaned this unit to my brother and somehow he manage to drop the battery packs out while using it and their wires pulled out from their location on the circuit board. I am just trying to find out where the wires go on the board. I know one is a 9 volt and the other is a 12v but there are 6 contacts and only four wires. I appreciate everyone who takes a moment to read this.

Aaron, there are 12 contacts: 6 on one side of the PCB, 6 on the other. The batteries connect as follows:

12V+ to pad 12 (component side, 6th from corner)
12V- to pad 4 (back side, 4th from corner)
9V+ to pad 3 (back side, 3rd from corner)
9V- to pad 11 (component side, 5th from corner)

Actually, pads 3-4-5-6 are all connected so it doesn't matter which you solder to.
