Patches Junior - I know you are trying to provoke Aziz to post a rude reply that could possibly get him banned. Please keep your posts within the Rant thread, and do not attempt to pollute other threads with this [AEGPF-related] nonsense. I received two compaints about your posts from other members within minutes of you posting. Everyone is getting tired of this constant bickering, and if it continues much longer all guilty parties will be prevented from posting.

My apologies to mickstv for moving his post to the Rant thread, but I had to do this for continuity. I am aware that you are not one of the guilty parties.

          Hey PJ,

I was recently busy in solving the "Ron's Paradox".
All trivial coil problems are up to the others to solve. I'm solving the most non-trivial coil design problems (which are beyond the scope of Mr. Candy and his work mates of course *LOL*).
BTW, you and your mates didn't make any big claims regarding the "Ron's Paradox".

          Which coil configuration is better?
          Ron'sParadox-WhichCoilIsBetter.zip
Three same 18-inch outer size coils: mono coil, larger RX/smaller TX (9"), larger TX/smaller RX (9").
(red: TX coil, greed: RX coil, TX=300 µH, RX=300 µH, mono coil (TX=RX) = 300 µH)

          Win that freakin big prize.

          Cheers,
          ^sif,
          the "World's Best Coil Meister"(c)(r)(tm)

I have published the "Ron's Paradox"(c)(r)(tm) coil simulation results on the other forum.
"Ron's Paradox"? Well, it's a simple name for that interesting case. Ron has started the discussion there.

One should be able to answer the questions arose recently.

              Cheers,
              ^sif
