o scope

This is listed on ebay for $99.00, Can anybody tell me if it is a decent o scope and will it work good on MD's? I don't know how to transfer the add to here but this is what it states and comes with a 30 day guaranty. I have less than 30 minutes to respond.--- This listing is for a Tektronix 2215A 60MHz 2-CH Storage OscilloscopeIt powers on and responds to push button inputs. The calibration seals are still intact. It has some light surface wear and sticker residue from prior use. We have no means to fully test each function.
According to my research, this O'scope provides:
60 MHz Bandwidth
2 mV Sensitivity
5 ns/div Sweep Rate

for future reference it would have been fine, though to be fair a quality 20mhz scope will work, but 25,30,40 and above are better, just make sure the probes are at least the bandwidth of the scope, dont get a 60mhz scope and put 20mhz probes on it because they are a bit cheaper, but you can put higher rated probes on your scope, for instance you can have a 25mhz scope with 40mhz probes, but not the other way round.
