Hey guys,
This is probably a dumb question to some of you but I don't understand so need to ask.
I drew an image and attached so you can look at what I am asking.
What is the direction arrow for on these mosfets? I understand the diode
portion of the drain but do not understand the directional arrows on the source lines.
I have read and read and believe it is current flow or direction but am not understanding
because the pin out is the same with these 2 different mosfets.
I circled the arrows in red that I am questioning. I happen to have 30 of the RFD14N05L's
from some old projects from some years ago and want to use them if possible so I have been
researching and noticed the different arrow direction and just don't know the answer.
Assumed it is a type of reverse or inverted type of flow but want to know for sure.
