Hi!, Given the null attention of service from minelab expose my doubts on this forum.

I measured the TX signal with an oscilloscope and gave me this:

I also measured the radiation from the coil and this is the result.

Has anyone had a chance to measure it?

Where are the 25 multifrequency pulses?
When used NOISE CANCEL TX frequency will vary (Channel 1 of the Noise cancel is for the higher frequencies)
This detector worked correctly the first month since sometimes appears to be deaf.

    Any help.
    Thanks

I guess those are hidden somewhere in the bursts!

The week point on the SE is the headphone-plug. If i use headphones and later pull it out, than the SE donĀ“t switch to internal phones. Look at this point first.
      Is your display working?

From your pictures appears that the detector transmits exactly what it should according to the FBS/BBS tech specs. If the detection however isn't as good then the problem lies in the processing of signals.
If it is possible to upload new software in this detector it could help to resolve the problems.
The claims for the many simultaneous frequencies actually concerns the harmonic frequencies between and above the pulses that you see on the oscilloscope. That of course is a lot of manure.
What's true is that this technology is a wide band type that helps to deal with ground minerals better and supposedly get better discrimination over other non-resonant detectors.

thank you both for the replies.

mschmahl, the detector works well, sometimes better than others who do not get that much, but never worked at first. Headphone-plug and display working well.

Nexus, is possible to upload new software?

I would imagine so. It is a digital device after all. Only that I have no idea where to ask for that.

It Tx's 3 freqs in a cyclic sequence. Others do 3 at the same time
