i feel that the hammerhead notes on this site being the 1.5 version do not show these alterations like linking resistors out...its been very frustrating for me trying to get this project to work...and even now the vco does not work as Q6 is not driving the vco when the threshold control is adjusted...i will take a look at R7 as you said and im very grateful to you guys for your help to me.
