  • Whites TDI PRO.

    Hi all..
I just ordred my first Pi and the choice came to the Whites TDI PRO.
I know that the subject VLF vs Pi has been hot in many years, and a lot of you had tryed it all the way, just like I feel I'm doing, buying the TDI after some years with a lot different VLF and some coil making.
The main reason to go this step up buying this TDI, is that we (my friends and I) got some fields we (allmust) had cleaned up with different VLF detectors, and it could be funny to see how much more a Pi high power like the TDI PRO can find at those empty fields. I know that a Pi Detector is hole new came and there is a learning phase and I must be Patience. Im naive and I can't see any walls stopping me to learn it.
All our hunting is relic and coins, so there isn't much test to find at the utube or in other forum, so it will be the hard way learning to handle this new Detector.
I'm listening If any got something to say there could help me?.. The coil choice is the Standard Coil: 12".
    Thanks.
    Henrik.
Ps. The picture is from a field with a spread roman coin hoard we had been over many, many hours and can't find anymore roman coins... This will the first place to try the TDI after some practices and learning.

Hi Henrikras, I envy your hunting area. You have made good choices. Recommend that you hunt slowly, close to the ground in all metal mode. Be prepared to dig a lot of iron of all sizes at all depths. I have found a number of gold nuggets adjacent to iron nails which were passed over by discriminating detectors.
