Hello,
i search a DIY Pi Detector and a working coil-contruction which can find a 45mg Gold Nugget.
In past month i managed to detect gold Nuggets that are 3*8mm and weight 0,39grams, all with a simple monoloop coil of 18cm. Distance in air are 5-7cm.
This time i test all my detectors with basket waved coil, flat spiral wound coil with litz wire and pcb flat spriral coil.
Now i have the task to detect an item that is 1/8 of the mass- and thats a hard thing. Had anyone luck to do that with a DIY detector which works with the puls induction principle?
