Nice build, are those pots waterproof ?

Yes they are ,all connectors are waterproof and shut off switch too .Detector weights 2lbs and 14 ounces w/batteries and coil .

which type of connectors did you use how did you seal the pots?

How do they list them? When I search digikey for waterproof pots nothing comes up.

They do not list them as waterproof pots but you buy waterproof nut to go on the outside of your case (instead of using regular nut to secure pot to the case) I will post some parts # tomorrow

This is the pot type I used- 392JA103-ND and waterproof nut/seal 335-1020-ND . Waterproof case #206 from underwater kinetics .
