I have a Signum , very good machine for me but critical in ground balance , needs experience for use it. I dont use it in beach , only in battlefields and sometimes for coins , in air test hand grenade at 120cm (clear signal VDI -37 -38 at 80cm) , a 75mm shell 90 cm in ground , a 100mm italian shell or german SD50 bomb at 1,10 aprox in ground , a 100Kg italian "bellota"bomb ... sounds like ironman but was only at 40cm in ground and Signum beeps over mi head (im 1,68m tall). I use it in program 4 , ST mode , gain 9-10 , ST 10 , no autobalance no hotrocks no discrimination.

I dont use it very much for coins , use mode ST-RT , no discrimination, 3 tones , ST 9 - 10 -11 depending soil , RT 9 , gain 8 - 9 , depending always of soil , good results for me but like many MD cans , big irons , foils the VDI is + but odograph says that its not but ... have to dig.

For me is a very good machine , prev I use a Whites XLT , the "beast" for militaria and not bat for coins , but im sure i will no pay 12.000€ for a Intronik.

Another "contra" : plastic material, very fragile for heavy use in gorges, forest , montains , etc
Broken armrest in 2 months , 2 coil protectors in 6 months , display dont like rain and get condensation under fast temperature changes and fog.

        But Im happy with it.

No sure but Sorex hasnt programs to store , uses only a config , and seems has a limit of 20khz coils (signum 40khz).
            Havent seen a Sorex.

              Main differences:
              1. Signum has TURBO , Sorex no.
              2. Signum Autotrack has 6 speed, Sorex - only Fast and Slow
              3. Signum has 4 programs. They can be changed and stored, but there is possibility to RESET. Just push and hold MENU and then turn on detector, and all programs will default.
              4. In Signum can be adjusted frequency of each tone and also at how many degrees which tone is heard.
              5. Signum has an option to adjust the duration of the short tone.
              6. Signum can work with only one channel RT with one tone, at maximum depth. In this case, identification is only hodograph, but the depth that achieves is unattainable for many other detectors.
              7. And most important - Signum maximum sensitivity for 1 euro is 65cm. while Sorex - 45cm.

Until now; i never really wanted to pay attention more seriously on those detectors.
Simply because i am used to hear about and see tons of similar projects on various forums.
In time i risen sort of prejudice towards our "eastern" colleague ideas.
For one short period of time all those looked pretty similar.
So it's like: "you seen one; you saw them all" prejudice.
AKA Intronik STF seems quite different beast, one of own kind.
It is impressive what is shown on videos, especially the coin detection through the brick.
Actually that's the only part which drawn my full attention. Other stuff is not impressing me that much.
In some situations XP Gold Max Power, Gmaxx II and Deus can detect similar coin through the brick without distorting the accuracy of VDI and audio, but only in some situations, not in all situations.
I would like to see Intronik tested in more different situations though.
One simple test can't prove concept correctly.
Usually precious coins are located in the ground, covered with various material and sometimes that contains also smaller or larger chunks of red clay and bricks.
Also; real performances will be shown on small gold roman coin like "tremissis" (for example) and not on "plate" lookalike coin with that size!
Such "gigantic" coin is "easy money" for many other brands and models that i know.
So, most proper test would be to see soil intersection with such setup and detector's behavior over the top and small gold coin (under 1-1.5cm) on the bottom.
I think that i saw such proper test so far only at some Turkish manufacturers and at nobody else.
With this i don't intend to prove or deny any of the pros&contras on Intronik's account, by no means at all.
I am impressed with what i saw on that video, but i would like to see more detailed tests in more situations.
Yet... lunatic price of $12000 give's us full right to ask questions and be suspicious, right?
If one is having $12000 to spend on metal detector; than the same one don't need the detector at all! Right?
Have anybody ever seen Trump or Gates or anybody else from those people carrying metal detector? Going prospecting, coin shooting, beach hunting...?
                Slim chances.
Someone may say here; "yeah ok, but with such machine you can dig that sum in one day!"... Is that so? How many people you know did that so far?
Point is; Minelab with crazy prices on their latest models and AKA with lunatic price on Intronik are not in our league here. Completely out of any sane story we can deal with here.
Usually is; you have to buy it first and than see it in real action. And than you have two choices; sweet lemon or sour grape, pick one!
Maybe that's what they are counting on?
                Slim chances... very slim.
But than again; if there are still fools around to waste $20 000 on LRL frauds... than anything goes in this crazy world.
                In case Intronik is for real "real deal", than i shall have just few remarks;
                - reminds me too much on Minelab Explorer series... outlook must be changed, it is shame to make such miss.
                - stem is looking rather as weapon than metal detector stem. Must be refined with less "obstacles" which may hurt user.
                - cheap plastic should be replaced with better and more resistive one.
                - LCD better protected from outdoor influence.
                - Larger digits and letters on display, better and refined graphics too.
                - Less soft buttons. It's a metal detector; it's not gaming console... for Christ's sake!!!
                - Price should be cut down to acceptable $2000, because most probably; it's the most upper range of real price, respecting it's real performances (same situation as at other manufacturers).

Once these conditions are fulfilled; we can take it more seriously and than talk further on it.
Until than; models like Deus will still stay pretty alone on the very top of my list.
Not that i don't have money to waste (which indeed i don't) but simply because i am not that idiot to waste money on somebody's sweet dreams!

I dont belive in youtube videos and air test.
DEUS is a very very good machine for coins but I bought a Signum because is VG machine for iron (yes , iron war relics ,it have a scale of -90 to +90 like the XLT) and works ok in coin mode.

I think Signum its not "another East MD" or a crazy Blisstool (I owned one) , its a good machine with some deffects like all machines but fits ok for my use in extreme mountain and sometimes in fields , is "all in one" for me.

SGS I didnt know this tip to reset programs, thanks.
Anyone knows when will be avaliable the Intronics?

About price probably it is mistake one 0 + should be with -0 and then it is probably right price ..

Anyone knows when will be avaliable the Intronics?
Yes that is good question...before two months I talked with one seller and he told me still testing...and do not know when would be available .....

It is good that now we have good discussion about Aka
Probably it is more forum members who have used Aka and maybe someone who have tested Intronik ...it woud be good to hear more opinions...
Also Igor from Aka it is member on many forums and give comments....it is strange without his comments on this well known forum ....probably we have to ask more often

I tested Intronik. This is very different machine from all good known standard detectors.
Probably in Spring 2016 will be on the market.
About $12000 ... this is someone's joke. AKA still not officially announced the price, everything else is rumors and speculation!

Well... $1200 would be indeed acceptable price.
                          $12000.... sheeesh NO!

Who is the manufacturer? Do they have a web side?
I would like to read the user’s manual of the detector.
