  • I would like to try to build a home made version of "PULSE STAR II PRO Deep Seeking Metal Detector".

    Hi All,

I would like to try to build a home made version of the "PULSE STAR II PRO Deep Seeking Metal Detector".

I searched the forums, and if there are instructions, then I missed them.

The reason that I would like to build a home made one, is because I simply cannot afford to buy a used one.
My Garrett AT Pro is great, but just doesn't go deep enough, and I keep getting hits on beer cans and trash near the surface.

Any help pointing me to the right place would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Hi,Newbee, you can not build this detector because this device has programmed microprocessor. You can not find the hex file, which is needed to program the processor. That is why don`t waste your time to search any instructions.Just choose some other detector and build it.Delta pulse is close to Pulse Star.Good luck!

Yeah, I figured it might just be impossible, but there is no harm in asking. Thanks!
