Tried some more with the BSP135 and J177. Could get it to work, but delay time was to long. Might try later. Thanks for the replies.

Yes. Need to get a SFT1440 to try. Changing the gate on the BSP135 caused changes on the D and S. Maybe my fault, still learning.

Hi Green, I think I have a BSP135 in my parts box, if I can find it I'll try it and see what the difference is.
